First I am confused with what I will do with my hair. Why? Since October of last year I went to the salon for about ten times. About half of the reason was for my hair. I had my hair relaxed in October, had a haircut in November, had it fixed for my b-day, had another haircut on the last week of December, had another haircut in January, and had bangs in April. In short it was our baranggay’s fiesta. Different contests took place: singing contest, dance contest, and battle of impersonators. It was fun watching the people in the neighborhood competing and having fun at the same time. Filipino games like agawang buko and palosebo also took place. The Annual Miss Old Balara Gay Contest was postponed because it rained. They are still planning if they will still push through the contest. A lot of gays were disappointed.
